Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose also called Hypromellose and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose , another name is HPMC, the is a variety of nonionic cellulose mixed ethers. It is a semi-synthetic, inactive, viscoelastic polymer .

Main properties :
The appearance looks is White or off-white powder
The particle size usually the passing rate of 80 mesh is 100% and the passing rate of 100 mesh is more than 99.5%

The apparent density usually are 0. 25-0.70g/cm (around 0.5g/cm) and also the proportion are 1.26-1.31
Thermochromic temperature usually is from 190 to 200℃

The Packing Conditions:
Usually the Packing is in 25kg bags , including out HDPE bags and inner with LDPE bags
HPMC need to store it in a cool, dry place below 30degree and protected against humidity and pressing, since the goods is thermoplastic, storage time should not exceed six months.
